Japanese Maple - Uncle Ghost
A ghostly variegated Japanese Maple with medium to large foliage that emerges a bright crimson colour and dark green veins. The colouration lightens up to a more apricot-peach colour by summer with green hues and the green veins still showing. Foliage turns and orangy-red fall colour. Grows 6′ high by 4′ wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Seedling from Acer palmatum 'Beni shigitatsu sawa'.
Special Notes
Exposure: Part Sun or all day indirect/filtered light. Protected from the hot mid-day sun.
Soil: Well workable, moist but well draining slightly acidic soil. Dislikes heavy clay soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed, can be done during winter up until early August.
