Colorado Blue Spruce - Walnut Glen
A semi-dwarf Colorado Blue Spruce. Showy golden-yellow spring growth matures powdery-blue with golden dustings. Protection from the hot afternoon sun is recommended. Pyramidal, grows 6′ high by 3′ wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Parentage unknown. Found growing on a private landscape in Walnut Glen, Pennsylvania by Greg Williams of Vermont around 1965. Originally named 'Goldie' after the property's owner's wife.

Soil: Adaptable to various soils. Prefers slightly acidic soils.
